The third one used a song from Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection called Hall Of Fate (or something like that)

Dunno about the other two.

The first MK vs SF was Moonlit Wilderness from Tekken 5.

True, but it did have a list of the songs used for the first MK vs SF in it's Author's Comments.
