I feel like Siegfried should be a bit taller and huge in muscular mass, a bigger mark than mitsurugi to compensate mobility for reach, so glad you guys are working on this, do you have any plans for Talim or Voldo?

well ill think about making siegfried a little bit bigger, i have not thought about amy yet but yes talim and voldo will be one of the characters in the game iconic soul calibur characters yeah

The artstyle of Soul Calibur II is arguably the best of the series.

well i have permission to edit greens ivy so she will be in.
and since his cervantas sprite is in ivy's win poses, ill try to get him in too.
and yes those guys too.
im only making iconic soul calibur characters everyone likes.
i dont know about the new characters from soul calibur 5.
well maybe patroklas and z.w.e.i
those are the only original characters in the game that were new.
alpha patroklas is just another setsuka copy so not that version
ill just be making setsuka then lol

I don't think the lines on Mitsurugi's sprites match with the others characters. He just looks to cartoonish in my opinion. Good luck on this wip, can't wait to see more.

By the way, that PSP art cover makes me think that it should be a real game lol.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

I really like this, and I agree that Siegfried needs to a be a bit taller! and same does Mitsurugi, when compared to Kazuya in that screen..  but it Might just be me lol..

Please say Dr.Boschonovic is a character on the Tekken side xD

Taki's sprites are fine.
Kilik is okay I guess.

Mitsurugi and Siegfried just look plain bad. The lack of anti-alisaing on many parts of the body looks wrong.

believe it or not i used cvs haohmaru as a base lol
ill make siegfried bigger when i release his first demo.
ill smooth out mitsurugi's sprites with the out lines.
maxi is a iconic soul calibur character, i can just imagine him fighting law lol
ill fix the anti-aliasing and other parts on sprites on the characters but not that much, only when i get at least 3 demos like taki
a little updates on sprites as they reach their final release :)

more soul calibur for mugen to come.
im now editing ivy now and adding her to the wip trend

note:
not all character will be in cvs style
i will convert them after we have more Soul Calibur characters in mugen
correcting errors by everyones opinions will take a while to release any character.
thats were i correct the  errors after some characters are done :)

the gameplay might be costume with 6 buttons and regular soul calibur attack buttons.
with soul charge (ex charge)
link combos like in soul calibur and tekken
that it :)

I second this. Mitsurugi's clothing has a lot of unnatural movement, as well as his hair. Also, his stance is always in a straight , more natural samurai stature.

Aside from Sieg being malnourished, all I have left to suggest is a better method for animating the sprites.

well since this is a tekken vs. soul calibur game, i really dont want them to have accurate fighting stances like in the soul calibur games but if i need to do that, then they will be updated as the demos process goes on, i will fix those errors as i update demos. mitsurugi wont have the same stance like in the original sc games just because they are in 3D, it would look so funny. but tekken characters have the right stances to fit 2D (SFxTK) the clothes will be updated as the demos gets another version. kilik is the one that needs updating lol

so you're saying if a stick figure that maybe played like Maxi had good gameplay it would be a good character?

i think he means if my soul calibur sprite are not done yet he does not care, he just want them to have a good game play
