OK, I searched all the internet to my extent for how to make background transparent or get rid of it, and I either can't find the right tut or I can't understand. Anyone can explain how to do this on fight factory?

Cyanide

It's not within fighter factory that you do that. You need to make use of an imaging product that can deal with palettes/indexed colours. Paintshop Pro is the friendliest for this but if you don't want to do that The Gimp will do it fine. There WILL be and ARE tutorials on doing this and some trial and error and those tutorials is the best way to learn. There's one on palettes on my webpage for example.

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

Fuck that, tried it, it generally acts like ass. That particular editor isn't overly user friendly either. Using an actual program gets you used to the vagaries of changing a palette and shit like that. Also you can save the palette to easily mess with later. FF you have to mess with it in the picture itself and it's not much fun at all.
