Sprites problems

im recently making a pocket evil ken but decided to stop a for a little while.

i let my friend edit some sprites for pocket evil ken...


im making a yang from street fighter 3 third strike..


The only problem is.... I need the sprites 


if anyone would lend me sprites or have a link to a sheet..plz reply

Lemme guess. You've found a small quantity of edits and managed to get a few moves out of them. Rip the rest of pocket kens sprites and edit them. It's mostly colour swapping anyway.

Both super gem fighter and puzzle fighter have the style you're using.

Irfanview is really simple and useful for batch conversions, just download the right plugin. It's free too.

how come when i convert like 15 images into a pcx, it doesnt do anything.

sorry man, but in this case you have to learn and do that, since you really attempt to make a full character those are very basic skills that you must have. check on palette tutorial in the tips and tricks section, also check on sff tutorials and even the narutorials.
