Stage Camera Problems

Hi I am trying to edit some of my HR stages to work with 1.0 and I am having trouble adjusting the camera to work..

The Camera settings right now look like this...

boundleft = -160
boundright = 160
boundhigh = -240
boundlow = 0

floortension=60
tension = 50

and in mugen it looks like this..

Under the [camera] part add these lines :

overdrawhigh = 0
overdrawlow = 0
cuthigh = 35 <---------- change to your liking
cutlow = 25  <------------ change to your liking
