How can I remove the outlines?

You had antialias or something on (or they're jpg) when you copy pasted/cleaned them.

As such, you have to redo whatever you did, or clean them manually because bleh.

Selecting the outside with the magic wand and a feather value of 2 might get rid of them fast. But i'd still be careful, you'll remove the robots crest with it too.
