Start of Game Loop?

[Nep Heart]

I've had a few MUGEN crashes at random and usually check the gamelog to see what is the problem. The one that's had me stumped for a while (and never got an answer at MFFA for months on it) is the "Start of Game Loop" line at the end whenever it crashes. It happens at random and I usually cannot pinpoint the culprit, but what does this message mean exactly?
