Super attacks

I know each character has their super attacks but I do not know what buttons to press to activate them.  I am in training mode and want to use Belphegors specials but don't know how to activate or use them.  The attack commands for her are as follows:
"Super 1 - D,B, D, B, c   Super 2 - D,F, D, F, c"  What does this even mean and what do I press to use either one?

Super 1 is down, back, down, back, heavy kick. Super 2 is down, forward, down, forward, heavy kick.

U = Up
D = Down
B = Back
F = Forward

A-B-C = Light, medium and heavy kick
X-Y-Z = Light, medium and heavy punch
2p = 2 punch buttons
2k = 2 kick buttons

This should be on every "read me" file located in a character folder.
