is it possible that i can modify this orochi pic




so that it looks like this pots sakura super finish pic ???



i mean this nice looking fire fx.
is it possible with photoshop?

i hope someone can help me...

There's something like 95% chance he used what I just wrote : color adjustment -> hue/saturation.

Though it seems he didn't check the colorize option. I bet it would look nicer if he did.

The image wouldn't stay 256 colors after the blur though, whatever...

yeah i cant spell Gaussian >__<

i made it 256 colors and edited the pall to, but i made a misstake, cos i am so used to PsP, so the bg isent transparent in mugen now...

hmm...

its impossible for me to modify my pic so that it looks like sakuras finish.

ive tried hue/saturation and many filters but it looks never similar...

damn... but thanks anyway guys!

Ok I may have a solution, just try this:

Fill the image so that it is a solid white color, then make the background black.
Apply a 3-6 pixel gaussian blur
Apply a slight pinch distortion
Make a new layer and fill it with orange, then set the blend mode to overlay.

I'll be trying this out myself shortly.

Edit:  I did a few other thing like multiple layers of color overlays, etc.  Here's what I got



Some of the line definition got lost along the way, I'll try again soon.
