If you've bothered to read the first post in this topic, you wouldn't have to ask that. Yes, all the information revealed so far have been listed in that rumor list so it's safe to say it's legit.
I just can't believe that they included all my roommate's best characters (Dudley, Gen, Makoto) and conveniently left out all of mine (Charlie, Birdie, Alex). It's like they want me to lose all the time. My only hopes to win are Guile, Dan, and Abel.
