Good start.  Maybe if the arms were a little more bent to the left, it'd look more like she were waving them like she just don't care.

I don't have much interest in Naruto, but I gotta admit that Sasuke looks dope.

As for the Alisa(s), I agree with the SF3 proportions. ~

Add a lil boob movement and hood movement * a Nip movement* too much, then your good

Since shes not hopping or gyrating I don't think thats necessary. I may do something with the hood though.

The shading is off on Juli, mostly because of the outline. More importantly, Krizalid and Akari still have that SNK look to them, but with modified palettes.
