Updated Sky Battle, SMB, and Training Stages for Windows Mugen PLUS

Sexy Stage continues to get delayed, but here's the next best thing: Windows Mugen PLUS compatibility for my existing stages (which really required minimal work to do).

Global Updates:
* Made modifications for Windows Mugen Plus compatibility.
* Stages no longer reset between rounds.

Additional Updates for Training Stages:
* Set one of the star layers as layerno = 1.

Requirements:
* Windows Mugen "PLUS" which allows to use BOTH hi-res and low-res stages as well as hi-res character select screen.
* To Download: Go to Random Select Choose Download Mugen, and then select Windows Mugen Plus.

The Dragon may appear during certain super moves:


Since I did not include music, try one of the following:
ES Posthumus' Pompeii.  This is the song used in Proxicide's original flash movie.  Their website has the music streaming: http://www.esposthumus.com/.  I would have no idea where one could find an mp3...

Dracula Battle Perfect Selection Volume 2
Choose Track 10 "Illusionary Dance".  The battle version is nice.

Guilty Gear XX Reload Korean Version OST
Choose Track 208 "The Midnight Carnival (Last Battle)".  This is a completely different song than the original GGXX version.

Choose Track 13 "Difficult Move".

A graphics failsafe was added for characters who take away layerno=1 during super moves:

Choose Track 1 "In The Fantastic Mood". (I'm currently using this one.)

Choose Track 1 "Nonstop Special Dancer Version".

This is a tech demo and not really meant for everyday play.  I made this stage to show that the back wall, side walls, and the floor can all be connected with parallax.  It's very slow...

Just like to say that i'm glad I now get use your awesome stages in my acutal Mugen instead of only CVS:W, w00t :sugoi: I got to replace my training stage (MvC2's) with your's, also gave Mario a stage, etc.

People could use these stages before... it's not so hard to set two different mugens, one with low and other with high res stages. --;

Anyway, thanks for the update, even though I was faster to modify mine rather than waiting for you to update them with the additional line. :sugoi:

For the training stages, the star layer with the fastest velocities is the one I set with layerno = 1.  So, now there's two layers behind the fighters and one in front.  Looks nicer that way.  I guess the stars look like snow too, which is not necessarily a bad thing.
