Using an X-Box 360 Controller D-Pad

  • People die when they get killed.
I know how to set my wired usb xbox 360 controller to be able to play mugen with only the joy stick... But I want to use the D-pad and it won't let me. Thing is, unlike the other computer joy pad I have, the 360 controller config only lets me fiddle around with the sensitivity of the buttons and nothing else. Any solutions?
Yes, I type a lot and actually spell things out most of the time. If you do not like it, then sorry for making your brain churn a little harder.

Got two wireless controllers to work by buying the usb control dongle for like 15 bucks at best buy. Once you hook it up windows will automaticly configure it as a controller. then you go in the ingame settings and configure the buttons

I have that same "Dongle" my problem being WinMugen is detecting my controller but it sets it as player 2. And on top of that when i connect another controller it is also player 2! Lol yes i have quite a headache from the whole experience. I've even tried using Xpadder that i found on one of these threads. Any advice?

http://xpadder.com/download.html  this program works perfectly  ;)
you can use it to map keyboard buttons to a 360 pad and when you are playing you really wont tell the difference, it will be like the game was made for it
