The reason for making this is simple, she is my favorite Galaxy Angel, and I was happy when I found her.
She is a pretty nicely made character, the original author did a good job, however she was highly unplayable, weak damage, slow movement, not enough power generation, and without AI even useless as a CPU opponent. So I had to do something about that.

Changes :
- She has an AI now, and fights pretty well.
- Faster speed, higher attack, defense, more power gain from attacks.
- Replaced the pretty useless NanoRecovery skill. The original healed for about 20% life for 2000 power which was a laughable waste of power. Current skill costs no power, has an 50% chance of refilling your power to max, and depending on the command, adds +20% attack or defense for the rest of the fight. (Only half of it is carried over to the next fight however).
The command is D,D,D,B,z+a for +20% attack and D,D,D,B,b+c for the defense.
Though a lifegain skill for no power cost seems a bit overpowered, the hard to type command makes up for it.
- The CPU can also use this modified recovery skill, but only uses it on low hp. You should try to knock her out without letting her regain control to do it.
- Choosing Palette 12 (Start+Z) gives higher attack and defense, and some HP regeneration
- Palette 9 is AI mode. (Start+C)

Of course not. This is not that kind of page where you need permissions, read the rules. Which version is more playable is all that matters anyway, players' opinions are the important ones, not authors', afterall players are the ones actually using it. I am grateful for Taruse for making this character very much, but she was way too weak to use, so a stronger version was necessary. She didn't have AI so addig AI was also necessary. And as far as I know he doesn't even have a site anymore, so it's not like he will ever make one.

Of course creators play with their own creations. They might have made it for their own game. They might even be strong enough in that game. However people who want to use it in their regular mugen are far greater in number, thus are "more" important.
"more" here conviniently also means equally, as making a stronger version doesn't mean the weak one cannot be used for their original purpose. Making a stronger version allows both types of users to be happy. And authors who don't want players to be happy, and instead insist that only the unchanged version should exist are evil. Think about it, even then, someone can make a stronger/different version from nothing, not using the one he is not supposed to, but doing that is good for one thing only : Waste time. Lots of time in this case. Afterall using existing information is faster than making it ourselves. That's what makes mankind go forward. If inventors couldn't use already existing knowledge, and had to reinvent everything needed for it, we would still need to think about how to make a wheel. Besides, there is no way to know if two identical pieces of information are copied or were made independent of each other in theory. But lets not go to such theoretical levels now.
