He's supposed to be able to link up to 3 kicks before the final axe kick finish for SFEX Tatsu(4 hits total). Looks pretty cool otherwise. It's nice to see some EX stuff get thrown into the mix. If that be the case, you should definitely give him the ability to use Shinku Tatsu in the air like he can in EX as well. It's normal Ryu right? You just haven't gotten around to changing his small pic and pals yet. Just use PotS small pic or at least include it as an option please. I had planned to do this myself, but looks like you got it covered.

@hairline733 I only remember Reu's Evil Ken doing that after the SGS, I don't know if that's what you mean (?) Didn't plan to add it if that's the case.

@tehdevil Yes, I'm planning to add the air version of the Shinku Tatsumaki. I don't plan to add this Tatsumaki to Evil Ryu...yet.

@Kut Kreator Well, yeah, I'm not really adding MAX Supers to him as I don't think that he really needs them, I don't know if it would be necessary to change his Super Projectile into a Lv2 though.

@DivineWolf Does it hit 4 times in SFEX2/SFEX3? I mean, I based it on the SFEX Plus Alpha version, where Ryu's/Kairi's Tatsumaki hits 3 times and Ken's/Akuma's/Evil Ryu's one hits 4 times so I'm guessing its version from the other games is a bit different. I wanted the EX version to hit 4 times.

And yes, I haven't changed his ports/pals yet, I'll get into that later.

I  base everything I say regarding the EX series based on 3. As it's the only one I actually have a physical copy of and actually can reference/play. I could emulate the others...but I'm lazy... That aside, yeah, it hits' 4 times in EX 3, but you're intent for it is cool.

if you even decide to go with this move in tha 1st place [i really hope you do <3], & wish to do tha Lvl 2 look, then my suggestion would be for tha KSK version, even for tha ground move, it looks more impactful [& less like a restupid burning knuckle, lol], IMO.

also, for tha ground version, you could make tha motion opposite of tha Kyouja Renbu [qcb, hcf, k].

@The Sudden Rarity He's another character, his normal mode has pretty much his CvS2 movelist while his EX mode got some stuff from other games  (like the SFEX Tatsu), I decided to do a normal Ryu rather than just editing PotS/Mwryly's Ryu to my likings because Evil Ryu is already done and using him as a base makes the progress way faster.

@Flowrellik His SFEX Tatsu replaces the regular one (just EX Mode), normal mode got the usual Tatsu. I don't know what you meant with the second question though.

@walruslui Oh, thanks, but I'm sticking with his CvS voice (since I'm guessing his Smash voice actor is the one from SF4 (?) Correct me if I'm wrong).

Well, I'm currently adding special intros (pretty much the ones from PotS/Mwryly's Ryu) so if you guys want me to add the special intro (the one versus Evil Ryu) against a specific version of PotS (Evil) Ryu tell me since I believe that there are many versions out there (already added intros against Jmorphman's Ken, Ryo and Kyo, PotS Sakura).
