volume settings?

i want my music louder but not the fx but it seems that only both can be raised at the same time... ???

In the stages' def files, set bgvolume at 255.
In the mugen options, do the same for al music.
In the cns files of the characters, set the volume (in the constants) to something between 100 and 150.

Try with some chars and stages and see if you're satisfied.
