What do i open ssf2 sprites with?

I'm currently trying to figure what tool do i need to open sprites of Beatrice from Ougon Musou Kyoku made by Borewood! I'm pretty sure the sprite is ssf2 version, since i can't open it with my Mugen Character Maker (aka MCM), which i prefer to fighter factory, since it has much more simple interface and much easier to navigate! So i'm asking is there such a tool, that would allow me to edit ssf2 sprites to my likening available now? If anyone knows could he/she share a link with me? thanks in advance!

I suppose you're talking about SFFv2, right?

I don't think there are other tools that let you view SFFv2.

Hmm...i thought FF3 not supposed to open SSfV2 format, seems i was wrong! Thanks for the assist!

Can you do it? SUREYOUCAN!

There is also Nomen, which can open SFFv2 files. I believe it can also convert v1 to V2 and vice versa.

FF3 is probably the newest software though, but I never used it. Kind of hoping to wait until it gets to its "final" final version.
