What does Q in Move List controls mean?

When I'm looking at move lists I see lots of letters telling me how to do a move. I think I understand most of them, but what does Q mean? Thank you, I am very new

Like QCF? Means "Quarter".

QCF = Quarter Circle Forward (Classic Notation: D,DF,F) (Numpad Notation: 236)
QCB = Quarter Circle Backward (Classic Notation: D,DB,B) (Numpad Notation: 214)
DP/DPF = Dragon Punch Forward (Classic Notation: F,D,DF) (Numpad Notation: 623)
RDP/DPB = Reverse Dragon Punch / Dragon Punch Backward (Classic Notation: B,D,DB) (Numpad Notation: 421)

HCF = Half Circle Forward (Classic Notation: B,DB,D,DF,F) (Numpad Notation: 41236)
HCB = Half Circle Backward (Classic Notation: F,DF,D,DB,B) (Numpad Notation: 63214)

SGS = Shun Goku Satsu/Raging Demon
   (Street Fighter Notation: WP, WP, F, WK, FP)
   (Classic Notation: LP, LP, F, LK, HP)
   (Numpad Notation: WP/LP, WP/LP, 6, WK/LK, FP/HP)

RSGS = Reverse Shun Goku Satsu/Reverse Raging Demon (Dan Hibiki only)
   (Street Fighter Notation: FP, WK, B, WP, WP)
   (Classic Notation: HP, LK, B, LP, LP)
   (Numpad Notation: FP/HP, WK/LK, 4, WP/LP, WP/LP)
