I have A PS4 controller, and a USB but the USB I have doesn't work. Is there a way to connect your dualShock 4 controller wirelessly to your PC? (Without Bluetooth.)
You need a bt dongle, cost a penny now so i dont see a reason not to buy it, just get a driver and youre good to go.
use the usb cable that came with the PS4, the one you charge your controller with. look up a software tool called DS3 install it then map the controls on it. it worked for my PS3 Pad. also, remove that edgy drama you have in your sig, no body hates you.

you need to buy a Bluetooth receiver, windows after windows 7 doesn't pick up a ps4 controller via USB ATM.

you need to install it's driver so your PC can recognize it as a joypad, but naturally there is no driver for a PS4 controller so you have to use this free toolhttp://sourceforge.net/projects/ds3tool/i have used it to make my PS3 pad recognizable on my PC.can your USB cable charge your controller? if it can then it is working. try it again with the tool.

Might of been a coincidence and had something to do with an update. IDK. Update: I just found out something that might help with my USB cable problems. I found out that when I put the cable in the DS4, It's not very snug. Sometimes when wiggle it around it will start to work, But if it moves back into the center the light will go right off and the controller won't work.
