he is alot of fun i highly reccomend him. aside from the issues cybaster mentioned hes great.

I cannot execute Hyper Kill With Fire, FUUUUUUUU and that Raging Demon move. The commands don't work for some reason just for these moves.

Nyan Cat leaves that freaking rainbow behind for the rest of the match.

PROBLEM? causes way too much damage.

And how come he doesn't have SHOOP DA WHOOP?

I update the file, now is fixed the rainbows and the commands have a proper priority  :sugoi:

I do not think so either.

It would be desirable for the character's damage output to be reduced for balance sake.

I don't think this char is meant to follow any gaming accuracy, priorities, etc. I assume it's a char just to have fun with. If balance and all were given to this char, it'd probably defeat the purpose of him creating it. I guess if it's too OP though, rather than add a damage dampener, you could always just reduce the attack value of him.

A character can be made for the fun factor, but also have very solid gameplay and complex mechanics.
That's why The_None's characters are so famous in the first place.

I'm not saying that a fun orientated char can't be balanced... I'm saying that I'm not sure if that's his intent with creating this char. His intent may have been focused on aspects of unbalance.

The biggest thing you could do for balance is to adjust some of the damage output for some moves. Take the table flip for example:



That damage is rather high for a level one move compared to other level one moves like Pikachu's Body Slam:



Try decreasing the damage a bit and you could go far.

Try to make sure that the damage is reasonable. A little above the average is OK. But too much is too much.
