No idea.He's a parody like Kamen Norida, Kamen Zaiber and Kamen Renaider.Then again, Banda/Toei's staff worked with Goro Inagaki and TV Asahi, so he has a pretty good chance to be in (Even if he has like... three attacks)
I'm glad secondary characters are in (IXA, Zeronos, Gattack) Too G3-X, Garren, Tokoroki nor Zolda are confirmed as of now.I think the Ouja and Ryuga that appear might be Diend summons, hopefully not (Even though Ryuga = Disappointing, he's just a Ryuki palette swap, I'd rather have Knight or Zolda)
Ryuga was kinda different. Different visor sounds, and a different Final Vent (Which kicked too much ass). According to Wikipedia, Black Dragreder is actually stronger than Dragreder. =/\Btw, yeah, its great riders like Ixa, and Gattack are in. I hope they confirm Kaixa, Sasword, and G.
Both Ryuki and Ryuga are still copies, in the sense that both should have the same deck (Sword vent, Guard vent, Strike vent, Shoot vent, etc) and fighting style, since both are Shinji (Sure one is Mirror World Shinji, but still...)They probably though Ryuga would be a good addition because it would be easy to implement him, being palette/texture (Due the eyes, yes) swap of Ryuki, and all.So maybe Nega Den-O, Dark Kabuto and Dark Kiva (He's just Emperor Kiva with a different helmet) will be in the game as well...or they could be alternate outfits. Sure... that means they'll need a dark palette swap of base, Garulu, Basshaa, Dogga and Dogabaki Kiva... A DARK Hyper Dark Kabuto, Ryuga Survive (He exists in the SIC Hero Sara though) and *Nega Den-O Rod, Axe, Gun, Climax and Liner forms...since everyone can switch form at mid-fight.*Nega Wing form maybe, I don't know if he'll be in the game, if not it would be a shame, Sieg and Wing form are very underrated.In order TV series:Showa: Black and ShadowMoon would be too awesome.Kuuga: I wonder if Rising Ultimate mode will be implemented. N.Daguba.Zeba would be too awesome but he isn't a rider.Agito: The main riders should be in (Agito, G3, Gills) Maybe Another Agito because he's awesome as well, G3 MILD and G4 aren't really necessary.Ryuki: Still cheering for Knight and Zolda. Ouja is pretty nice though.Faiz: Kaixa, should be in, since Murakami Kouhei reprised his role in Decade (And he's far more important than Delta) Orga and Psyga wuld be cool as well.Blade: Garren and Chalice would be welcome, indifferent about Leangle.Hibiki: Todoroki and Ibuki would be nice. That shit is awesome.Ouja earned his spot because hes killed so many riders (Gai,Raia,Impaler,technically Zolda) (Impaler shouldn't have died like that)Kabuto : It would make sense for Sasword not to be put in because him and Gattack are both saber users. Still... Sasword vs Ouja Faiz : Kaixa is a given. No arguments, hes too awesome. Shin and or G should be bosses.
I doubt G will be in this, and I'm uncertain about showa additions, so no Shin, J, ZO, etc. either.Save, Burst and Rising Ixa modes are confirmed, so it's 2008's IXA (1986 IXA only has Save mode)
