How do I replace all of one color in palette with another color?

So I'm kind of a novice at using Fighter Factory and I was wondering if there is something of a find and replace feature but for palette colors? That's the best way I can describe it... :confused:

To be more precise, I'm trying to replace every instance of the "transparent" color with another color in the palette. Is there a way for me to do that?
