WHEN I PLAY A SOUND IS HEARD VERY LOW. THE SOUND WHEN LISTENING TO IT DIRECTLY IS VERY LOUD, BUT IN THE MUGEN IT IS HEARD VERY LOW. I HAVE THIS CONFIGURATION,
WHAT SHOULD I PUT SO THAT IT CAN BE HEARD MUCH LOUDER?

;Volume offset (negative for softer)
volume = 2

Usually Volume isn't used.
One thing that might be causing some confusion is having a Mono or Stereo file for the sound. I seem to have better luck with Mono.

GoldWave is a small audio program that will let you save it as a ton of different qualities as a Wav file. I'd say check out the sound and export it as a new Wav file and see if there's a difference.
