I didn't know h updated his cvs2 chars in 2020, but his site is down

afaik, this wasn't updated characters, this was from a onedrive by tatsu who converted babel sword and he was just helping h to host the characters in 2020, other than the recent non-cvs2 characters, i don't think h has another site that hosted his cvs2 characters
