Like he said in one of the threads, he's doing all the basics for all the characters and then he'll carry on with Rose or somebody else.
Yeah just the basics done lol, doesn't take a few days to complete a whole character and debug once all basics are done for my chosen 4 (excluding rose) ill go back to Gief and work on specials then ken ect.Rose will be worked on as soon as I get her Rage animation finished by my spriter. (I'm in no rush)

Whoops says I edited ur post lol I usually think up the Rage move once supers are coded so I haven't got that far yet.
