Good work updating these fine fellows, but I would have preferred if you Re-ripped the sprites so that they are on par with the SFV characters in terms of quality, rather than using the old rips, but I understand if a Re-rip will have to be done later. Also, are there any plans to add the Omega Mode content to these characters?
Unfortunately the laptop with the tools used to rip sprites is fried. So at the moment I cannot update any of the sprites. There are currently no plans to add Omega mode content since that would require a re-code of mechanics. The updates are mostly to bring the characters up to standard and make them all compatible with each other.Also with that said Makoto is now available. Rufus, then Cody will follow afterwards. There will be one more sweeping update with some very minor fixes after they are done.
The final (for now) update of the characters is complete and each of them should be fully compatible with each other for MUGEN 1.1b. The suffix of Rufus and Cody has been changed from "SSF4" to "USF4".
Two things I found:Seth: the hitsparks for Tandem Storm are misaligned if you do the move on p2 side.Abel: heavy Tornado Throw isn't dealing any damage to a lot of characters. I checked under the hood and found it's because it's because of this enemynear redirection:Code: [State 1426, target dmg]type = targetlifeaddtriggerall = numtargettrigger1 = animelem = 50value = ceil(-200 * enemynear, fvar(10))persistent = 0Also, a very minor thing but you have some invalid playsnds on states 50 and 52. Those don't really cause any issue, but flood the debug mode after each jump on ikemen.
I updated each character once more. The fixes that were reported here are:- Fixed debug flood messages in IKEMEN- Fixed Seth's Tanden Storm hitsparks- Fixed Abel's HP Tornado Throw damageOther fixes that I found include:- Add missing sound when jumping off the ground- Fixed Seth's Lose by Time Over pose to play the proper animation (previously it played one of his win poses)
Similar to previous thread, I updated the USFIV characters for more IKEMEN features and small fixes.Generic changes are:- Removed throw invincibility from landing state- Made the cheese KO more compatible with sfv characters- Fixed a bug where characters landing from a jump, may slightly go under the floor axis line if transitioned to block right away.- Various IKEMEN debug flood fixes regarding sound- Added movelists for IKEMEN
