Incompatiblity of screenpack and localcoord

I am using Legacy screenpack and I have character that has localcoord with 640,480 Now my problem is when i add my portraits my portraits doesnt fit into screen I tried to delete localcoord but my character became much bigger than its original size also with powerbars as well What should i do to add these portraits? Should i edit portrait or character? and How should i edit it?

Keep the coord and increase the size of the port(s), you only need Fighter Factory to export and import the images and a software to edit the size of the port(s).
