I started my first sprites, using a simple method, with the characters from Dead or Alive 2. Let me know what you think.

The characters in order : Ayane, Bass Armstrong, Bayman, Gen-fu, Ryu Hayabusa, Helena Douglas, Jann-Lee, Kasumi, Lei-fang, Leon, Tina Armstrong, Zack.

I like what you did here.
They can definitely be used to make characters.
The work with palette make them a good base to sprite over them.
I would not mind trying something with Ayane or some of the others if full sets are ripped.

This is amazing! Helena Douglas for Mugen at one point in the future would be amazing!

Don't worry, I mean "doing it by myself." I'm very slow, but I can make it.
After I edited the sprites by adding details.

share with us what you did to not to share toons, like beetweens similar colors, like red and yellow generating orange pixels....

Nice try nut there is a problem with the hairs (a part of them is erased)

I've made other playable DOA characters.

In the order : Brad-Wong, Christie, Diego, Hayate, Hitomi, Honoka, Kokoro, Marie-Rose, La Mariposa (Lisa Hamilton), Mila, Momiji, Niko, Nyo-tengu, Rachel, Rig, Takami & Eliot.
