Hey guys I've decided to publicly share the progress for Rocksteady now. He's got a few basic attacks, and most of his gethits but I ran into trouble with getting his palette working properly. Hopefully somebody out there wants to complete the character and do a full release one day. I included a spritesheet, Sound file & alternate palettes if you can get them to work and be applied to the character properly.
