Nothing in-depth, just a quick look.THE GOOD- The original sprites look kinda cool I guess?THE BAD- They're pretty stiff though- Uses default MUGEN sounds for a lot of stuff, which is weird when it's side-by-side with custom sounds- Sounds like the coder used his own voice for attacks, as the mic quality is terrible.- Empty Egg falls through the floor.- It's possible that if you time it right, you can fly below the floor- At first I was going to complain about the supers doing too much damage based on the video, but they're pretty much impossible to pull off since you have to be in the middle of a combo to do them, and the coder apparently didn't code any cancels into his basics, so your window of time to pull off a super is very small.
-note: I didn't play with the character, I did fight against him, he put up a decent fight and has good a.i. in my opinion, didn't bug out. The sprites look decent, the video shows that. Is he worth downloading? Well, I would say yes, but keep in mind I don't intend to select him as someone I would play as.

I downloaded it solely to check out the sprites/animations, which are commendable, you don't see this kind of handdrawn work often in Mugen, if ever. That said, the sprites look horribly scaled and suffer greatly from dithering issues.The effects are all pretty much very ugly upscaled SNES effects (such as the eggs, the birds that hatch form it and the tornado effects) and don't fit at all. On the subject of unfitting: The voice is indeed probably his own recorded voice which has very bad quality samples and is simply his own unaltered voice and doesn't remotely fit with the character And the custom sound effects mixed with the default KFM's sounds weird too. Nobody should EVER use the default mugen sound effects, they are awful!Lastly the gameplay is a bit 'different', which doesn't have to be a negative point, but here it's not excecuted very well. Excecuting moves overall feels very wonky.It seems that this was a 1-man project, which is commendable on one hand, but a bad choice on the other. It's obvious this individual's strong points lie with his artistic abilities, and not so much in the programming deparment. Had he teamed-up with a programmer to do those parts, this might have ended up a lot nicer. I'll have to say this is still a very nice effort. Not a keeper in my roster by any means though, but I hope the author can improve his artistic abilities even more (spriting/pixel-arting over his handdrawn works for instance, so the images don't look scaled/dithered, and seeking out someone who's willing to code characters for him instead doing all the elements himself (at least I see only 1 author name in the (french) readme so I still assume he did it all himself).
