Rario's Shroyoken from SCWU

Sub Zero's Slide, upward ice shot, and puddle attack

The MIB agent's meteor, baseball attacks, and the UFO crush from Grave Fighters

Noob Sabiot's Black Hole, teleport kick, and clone shot

Suneo's explosion, Giant Summon, and Lvl 3 special from Fighters Kyotadi

Spelunker's Mine Cart, and Gun from Nijikaku

Pocket Ryu's weapon attacks

Viewtful Joe's Mach Speed, and Slow and Zoom from TvC

Blob's Plane Crash, Buzz Saw, and Ludicrous Combo from Clayfighter's 63 1/3

Any Proton Cannons

Sackboy's Lv2 All Star from PSASBR

Mario's Tornado, and Coin Uppercut from SSB

When Ryu had thunder powers (SFA)

That sliding invincibility thing Akuma does

Captain Cat Kit's Radio attack from Rakuga Kids

I'm pretty sure that's all of them.

LOL, why did nobody mentioned anything from BlazBlue?
This game had quite some memorizable attacks.
I wont go with an too obvious example, so I just throw in 4 words: Judgement of the Sword
