I feel he should be able to jump after his launch D + HP.
Also Pencil throw's projectile feels like it should be slower.
And the charge time for Pencil Throw might need to be lengthened because it feels too easy to spam to me.
Though that could just be me.

1. It is possible, it might help you hitting the enemies in air.
2. Nah, it would look a bit unnatural to me xD
3. In theory it's not spamable, it can be blocked after the any hit, so no worries on that one.
