I should be asking myself that question... At any rate, I hope you can find that spark somewhere down the line. This was shaping up to be a great project. Started on a new concept here folks. Master Splinter. Also merging this tread for general TMNT related Mugen content I've started very basic coding for him. Might not be up to my regular snuff with this one. The spritework takes a lot of time, but way easier then April.
Man you’ve given us TMNT, Shredder, Krang, Bebop... you’re like half way or more done with April and now Splinter good stuff broOnce Splinter is done, if you knock out Rocksteady, Casey Jones and finish April you have your own mini TMNT game
Cool! I like his sprites so far. The shading on his motion blurs and feet could be adjusted, though. They look a bit pillow shaded now.
Splinter is looking really cool so far DC. I fricken love his hurt foot animation a lot, nicely done. Is the side kick going to include his tail though? Based off of all your other creations, I'm sure this is going to be really good as well, even if you say he may not be up to your normal snuff. That's TBD.
