need help

hello, my name is david and im new to mugen
i just downloaded mugen all characters battle zero, i extracted the file, and try to play the game, after it says loading and press start, i press enter and a sign comes up sayin error, can someone please help me figure this out??? if anyone can contact me on aim it would be great, aim sn David204787

Well then here's what I have to say:
Don't download MUGEN packs that are already "put together" for you.
Build up your MUGEN from scratch
