I didn't feel like building a site, so I'm using an Esnips account.

I hope you enjoy them. I realized I hadn't made a Read Me file for Chad In Black yet, so once that's written, I'll release her in this topic as well.

Alright, I think I finally have him right this time. Everyone let me know what you think. In the next couple of days I will upload fixed version of the other characters, depending on how long it takes to fix them. Sabotage had the least problems, so I fixed him first. But, there you go!

snow:
-forward hop/run sprites needed(pressing F,F now goes through the opponent, so that needs clns too)
-forward walk clns is a bit big in comparison with backwards
-red clns of standing lp is too small in comparison with mp and hp
-dont forget too put a blue clns over the red ones to cease inf. priority
-doesnt have hitboxes on qcb+lk,mk,hk
-some fx is a bit pixelated, you might want to change that sometime later on

pretty decent char i'd say

adamas:
-2/3 hitboxes for stand is good enough imo
-again add blue boxes over the red ones
-also in need of a run anim

overal a really good char already, diamond moves are good, combos well

-again the hitboxes in are too many imo
-run is a bit awkward
-priority again

again a very playable char with a good moveset

well that's what i found on my 1st playthrough
originality spriting + decent gaming= win!

good job!

Alright. I don't know much about MUGEN creation (yet :3), but here's what I can say. I've only been able to DL Snow and Adamas. I assume I'm gonna have to wait, because when I click to download Sabotage, it takes me to a register screen or some crap. ANYWAY.

You should consider adding some kind of glide effect for both, or add in actual run movements; they just sort of slide forward with the dash, and it looks really awkward and stiff. The attacks could also use some whiff sounds, aside from voice work.
Also, why do the supers only work with the Hard punch/kick? You need to add the extra commands for the other 2 buttons? ON top of that, some of the commands listed in the Readme are incorrect.

Also, I'd suggest finding different people to do VA work for characters. They sound too similar. I recommend the Voice Acting Alliance forums.

Really, there is a lot of potential; they are fairly novel in terms of abilities, but they still need a lot of polishing(mainly in cosmetic terms) to really shine.


EDIT: Just got Sabotage. A bit better in terms of presentation. Still a bit of a glide forward problem. Were you going for a dash or a run with him? I dunno. Also, I'd recommend giving him maybe one more level 1 hyper. I'd sya he was the most fun to try out; he's got nice comboability, and certainly he's the most different of the bunch.

The characters are supposed to have forward hops, like their backwards hops. It works fine on my game. Is that not working on yours? I don't understand why not.

Also, all the characters are voiced by the friends I based them off of, so they are three different people.

It may be due to the common1.cns or something. Did you make any edits to it when you made the characters?

F,F is coded as a run by default you have to edit stuff to make it a hop or a dash
I believe you have to find the states for forward run in the common1.cns then copy them into your character and then edit them.

Well the order of operations is copy the state out of the common into your cns and then edit it.

not sure what you did.  School is really eating into my feedback time --;

you can put your whole edited cns in your char folder
and mugen will use that for the char, not the cns in the data folder

Yeah, I suggest that when you upload Chad, you upload the Common1.cns as well, for us to add to the character folders, or even to use as the default for MUGEN, if it's good enough.

I dunno. If the run's the only thing you changed, I'd recommend figuring out how to edit it into the character files.

Well, most creators that I know includieng myself simply add them as another .CNS rather then adding basic states like that to the reguler character .cns.

Really all that needs done is the common.cns you were editing and just adding it into the characters folder and under extra CNS's.

Given thats all that was done of course.

Just downloaded Sabotage again. I'll give feedback in a few minutes.  ;D

The character is alot of fun. Sprites are pretty nice and I like his wrestling type gameplay. ^_^

Now some feedback:

CLSN's:

I belive 2 CLSN2's for this stance would do fine for him. Not really anything terrible.

Missing CLSN2's over his crouch turning sprites.

Some of his other CLSN2's for crouch, walk and etc are awkward and look stange and don't fit the character well.

CLSN1's:

It isn't bad but some of it is still pertruding out.

Crouching medium punch or action I.D. 410 doesn't have the proper CLSN2 over it.

His throw attempt animation has no CLSN2's over his body besides his arms.

I also noticed one of his hammer throw downs goes threw the opponent.

Even when close I think that axe hammer type move should hit. Seeing as his elbows make contact and if you need me to go indepth on which one I'll get screenshots.

Overall it's a fun wrestling and brawling character Sean. Your a great and upcoming creator and after these 4 I hope to see more and more. Keep it up.
