In honor of one of Nintendo's GREATEST idea EVER, SUPER MARIO MAKER, I've decided to make this version of Mario for M.U.G.E.N.
He's a 6-button character and has 10hypers & 8 supers.
Air Jump goes into "Cape Mode", which has its own move so he actually has 7 air attacks!
His air dash can't be activated while in "Cape Mode".
His Amiibo hyper are PIKACHU, LINK, SAMUS, SPLATOON, STARFOX, SONIC, META-KNIGHT, MEGAMAN, LITTLE MAC and JOHN CENA?

I'm so proud of this....I hope you guys enjoy as much as i do!

drop me your Mario Maker levels so i can add them in the win quotes for future updates!

Really nice! Love it.
That little stance animation where he lifts his head is so neat. Love such small details

Some feedback...

 - you have to mirror the Question Block in the p2 intro

 - same goes for the Mystery Mushroom when Super Mario Maker is on p2 side

 - unnecessary file in the dl... GoukenDJHR.cns

 - typo in the readme... Yoshi Burp is done with D,DF,F + punch, Spinning Bounce with D,DF,F + kick

 - please get rid of those KFM whoosh sounds

 - Amiibo hypers give back power

 - I get debug messages on Ammibo hypers, p.e. "In state 430011/330011/30011: division by zero"

 - add at random those other Hand Stylus sprites to the stylus attacks

 - IMO add much more Mario voices to him

A nitpick I have is that I think he lacks a grab. I tried quite a bit and I don't think he can grab. His crouching attacks can also be blocked high, too, as well as the sawblade, which really seems like a low attack. Mario Maker also only shifts forward during his weak punch, the Yoshi's egg slam, and the Yoshi Burp. Was that intended or not? It would help his other basics a ton if he shifted forward during them too. Sonic Amiibo hyper also has a issue against some characters I tried where he'll stay rolling at the enemies' feet, and will only connect with the signpost part provided they move/attack/etc. A bit surprised he can't stomp via jumping, too, and that he doesn't have a launcher despite seemingly being able to chain attacks well in the air. Could see a springboard, Bob-Omb, POW Block, or a Note Block being useful for that. Also bit surprised the Clown Car or Bowser wasn't in there. Could see them being used for lots of possibilities. Was much worth the wait, real fun to play as, fast paced, and his basic attacks, Fly Swatter parry, and Kuribo's Heel (?) defense are real funny. Really like how Yoshi follows him around too. Thanks a bunch for releasing him.

(Also, don't you need to pass a Goal Post/flagpole/whatever the SMB3 block thing is called to clear the stage?)

If you wanne use the "harder button = more damage" way on his Yoshi Burp special, I would suggest to use a green shell on his weak attack, red one for a middle and a blue shell on his hard attack... or just use them as a visual variations, all dealing the same damage.

I like the shells changing color depending on damage. And since mario now has a hat attack and sonic like roll...expect that in the update..as well as the clown car

It certainly emphasizes the broad variety of amazing attacks you've given Mario!   :laugh4:

PS - You should make a PacMan optional anim :laugh: (directions in OP)  It can be as few as 1 sprite

Some more suggestions...

 - give the Thwomp some light screen shake when they hit the ground
 - a intro idea... Aince Yoshi is in there add a Yoshi ride intro. IMO you should add the yellow screen, the "Super Mario Maker" voice track & the hand clapping it
 - for some win animations you could use the pre-title screen animations

I particularly would like to see the three Goombas animation, carrying Mario off, while tribal music plays.  ;D
 - You could use the winged platform animation for another intro, carrying Builder Mario onto his position.

...To add on to that, Warp Pipe intro/winpose? A axe fall winpose where he knocks the bridge axe down and walks offscreen? Maybe a intro/winpose involving Weird Mario, that tall Mario that appears in the door, or when you collect a Weird Mushroom?

Also, one more issue. Enemies can hit Mario Maker in the objects he's swinging during a few aerials. Like, they can punch the object and it'll hurt Mario Maker. It only seems to be for some aerials and not others, though.
