Well, 2 of my clones from AGP were released, now working on Kassha (making new specials and supers) and Dean (thx Enscripture for the new sprite ripped), hope some of these 2 with a major update from my hand 8)

Well guys, I was thinking about announced my official retirement of MUGEN as an April's Joke, but this news is more important than an innocents' day like this:

After seeing once more AKIRA (my favorite film for far), I got much more inspiration and I get back to work into Another k9999 (a.k.a. Tetsuo Shima), now as my main project apart of Earthworm Jim. My advances are these ones:
-All basics are now done
-Added 3 new specials (2 of them in the pics) and a teleport, now all specials planned are done
-3 taunts, 3 intros and 3 wins, now making intros VS NESTS & k49 related chars, a
-With all of this, I wanted in a future to make a K' clone just called... Kaneda (already DL'd KOD's K' spritepack)

Even you read he's way advanced, he still has no sounds of sparks, the hard part comes now: to search and find good sparks that would fit A-k9999... and I don't mean only hitsparks...

Apart of fixes, Kassha will have a lot of new things, like this one

A new move: Slash Tornado. It's basically a "tornado kick", but not like Tatsumaki Sempukyaku all you know. It's a vertical tornado kick that makes various hits, depending of the height of the enemy and it jumps low.

Aaaaaand, it has a super version: Deadly Tornado, which it's a long height ST that makes a lot of hits and makes enemy goes up and finish with a kick to ground.

Only rests to make throws, a couple of supers for lvl2-3 and she will be ready for her big update

I hope you liked my Easter release of today

about my actual WIPs, I can say only one thing:

Another k9999 now has AKIRA's Tetsuo voice!!

And after think about it, he'll have other KOF stuff after all... like XI sparks and MI2/2006 sound FX

He will be more different than actual k9999, that's sure

Also, the other day I came back to work on Larry Light, now he already has all his basic moves and all normal punches, except Rolling Elbow (the avoid+surprise hit all characters have in Groove on Fight). Now starting to code his powers and adding the sounds and voices. But Ak9999 is still my priority

Well, as you saw in the Release subforum, Kassha has been finally updated, so now I can make more advances with ak9999 and my other chars... but I I've a lot of WIPS pending in my PC; so I get I would make a poll so you determinate which one would be the next

Seeing the poll, I think this news really, really would like you

Ak9999 now has sparks, KOFXI ones. And some Garou FX, too

Also has some intros, one of them he appears with a teleport while laughs, this one where he beats some SNK boss (it's random between Nameless, Rugal, Shishioh and Krizalid)... and a last one you'll love if you like AKIRA

Oh, and some from NGBC (this one is from Shishioh), all of them already implemented and with sound FX and voices.

Now... making supers and ripping some yells from Tetsuo in the movie

practically he plays almost nothing as k9999, as I planned since the beginning, he's more based in AKIRA's Tetsuo than SNK's, even his basic hits are differents (the cut&fire stuff is removed in this version). Think about a completely different character instead the k9999 you know

OK, I'm back to say you... I've a new WIP!! Hahahahaha

Yes, Lucia from Final Fight 3 is my new WIP. I've waiting for someone who made her as a fighting char, but only I saw beat'em-up versions of her (Nnaajj, zion, etc). So I started her using Dean (calling Captain Obvious) as her base. More details in first page

There's a sheet of her with all her sprites (and not incomplete as Grim's Dean sheet) so I get them. Actually compiling SFF and AIR, has all standing normal hits and a lot of basics (needs 5030+). And also updating Dean with all the stuff I didn't make (planning stuff and various sounds to add and bugs to fix)

And since you want more about a-k9999, I made this:

The super version of Mutant Arm, with more time and acts similar than k9999's SDM

Some news about my normal projects, I know you miss them

Another k9999:
-Ripping a few more Tetsuo voices from AKIRA
-Making the other supers for Tetsuo
-Adding some FX I need for this char
-Almost ready for a release

Lucia Morgan:
-All basics are ready
-Starting to add same FX and sounds Dead has
-Lucia will have Cammy voice but modified (like Dean with Alex voice)
-Got all moveset ready, starting to make specials and supers
-Possible special intro against Dean
-Should I resize her into 1.2x to match normal size characters??

Dean:
-Using Enscripture's sprites for Dean, now I can finish him once for all!! =D
-Adding SFA hitsounds instead using default ones
-Making a grab system for normal throws and for FF3 super
-New specials and supers planned for first version didn't make before
-Possible special intro against Lucia
-Should I resize him into 1.2x to match normal size characters??

Also, I get back to make PI1 lifebars, I'm working about the fonts and the BG for small portraits... soon I'll got you a screenshot of that

I totally forgot about AK9999, you're finally doing a char Im interested on it :p (And better for me because I wanted to rip stuff from Akira due to lack of voice samples but now I'll just use yours
