Gollum in MUGEN?

I've just been tracing in paint.net making a Gollum sprite based on a frame from the Hobbit (2012). I'd like to know if Gollum deserves to have his own character in MUGEN, it would be interesting to see.

I would be so down for this, Lord of the Rings absolutely deserves as much in Mugen as possible. I'm not even a fan of it, but Gollum is one of the most iconic characters in fantasy as well. Please tell me "Gollum Won The Argument" would be a winpose though.
