This is actually the take 2, it is based on the manga design.



I purposefully left some details out, as this is intended to be a pilot sprite for production (whistle, socks, jacket white lines), colors are off to both the manga (obviously) and the cfj midnight bliss.
auto feedback, the jacket looks unnatural, the ohage is wrong.

I think the stomache/crotch could be in shadow because of her arms and whatnot. Hips and shoulders look too stiff/square/unnatural.

Lower the jacket line, it ends too niftly near the top of the crotch.

real advice, just give her more arch, shes a woman now, so give her sum curves on all accounts  ;D
u don't ahve to stay too true to the original picture, if you see what im saying.

posted a second sprite, with longer jacket, and it is now casting a shadow to sakura's scrotch, I tried to fix the ahoge but failed.

I wish I had Sakura's CFJ Midnight Bliss sprite handy. If memory serves, it's the very same look. Might actually help you for reference better than the black and white manga scan.
