Scorpion MK9 (3D) in mugen, and where to find it...

I'm looking for the Mortal Kombat 9 characters, but the only thing I found is the 3D model of Scorpion in MK9 by mugen in this video:

However, there is no link to download it. I would like to find the character and used. If anyone finds it, please let me know if you find it. Thanks in advance!

This is Jose Cuervo's YT channel, this guy makes a lot of 3D chars for MUGEN, MK included, so you can probably find also his version of Scorpion and other MK chars from 9, and even from X
