There's no ripped spritesheet of RB1/FF3 Terry yet, so you've 3 options:
-Rip it by yourself, technically Neo Geo is one of the easiest consoles to be ripped with any emulator (I recommend Kawaks IMO)
-Use RBS sprites of Terry (ripped here) and use a FF3/RB1 palette on it
-Take some of FF3/RB1 Terry made for MUGEN and use their sprites or SFF and make your own version, it was recreated by Star Platinum and Sekirei in FF3 version, and Mouser in RB1 version. DON'T FORGET TO GET THEM CREDIT in case you want to use this option
