***Important Note About AI***
Right now, Rorschach does not have a custom AI. However, Kamekaze is working on one, but it may take a while. When it's done, I'll release a simple patch, so be patient, for he will be a BEAST.

Update: He plays great, the animations are smooth and I can pull off some great combos with him.

Nicely done.  I have not found an y bugs yet, but the gameplay seems quite smooth, the graphics are good, the voice is great, and he's fully in-character.

Now you can never unsee it.

-Binding on W.K.E.Blake is improper on most characters.
-Instead of an AllPalFX fade out on the W.K.E.Blake every tick, there's an automatic way to make the screen fade out :

Hmm, I'm not having the intro problem on my Mugen. Is anyone else?

Also, fixing the binding now. When I update with the corrected read me, the change will be reflected. For now, I will wait and see if anyone finds more bugs.

I got no problem with the intro.

- I cannot perform Sliding Tackle with LP or MP.
- When Rorschach throws the opponent on the wall using his Gas Powered Grappling Gun, it would be nice if there was an effect when the opponent bouces on the wall.
- I don't like the shadows on fire FX, but that's just a matter of personal preference I guess.
- I think Archie Lv.2 super has it's red CLSN appearing too fast (before the flame actually reaches the opponent). But yeah, I understand it would make it a little weaker to have the CLSN match the flames a little more. Maybe you could make the startup even faster then, dunno.

- The "Who Killed Edwrard Blake?" super is FUCKING EPIC !!!! :D Anyway, I think it finishes a little too fast : the opponent gets thrown by the window, and all the wall fades very fast and the opponent gets up immediately. IMO, it would gain in feeling even more destroying : something like making the opponent being thrown in slow motion (or at least slower), and also make the opponent use his death scream when he's thrown. I also think there should be a little pause between the moment Rorschach says "Who Killed Edwrard Blake?"" and the beginning of him smashing the opponent.
- During the "The end is nigh" intro, if Rorschach is P2, the card will have its text written upside down.
- Could have been really sweet to have a special intro when using Rorschach in the stage made by MOTVN, something like him coming out from the door.

Other than that, no issues so far. It's really a very nice and solid character. :) Aaron Manns' voice is very very good.

Bug, if hit during taunt his morphing face will remain as he is thrown/hit/etc

golden afterimages dont really fit, but thats just personal opinion.

For "who killed edward Blake" super, Cybaster is right, a slow mo throw and having them remain in the ground longer would make it look and feel more violent.

One other thing, what about using Talbain Fire effect for Archie? The one that looks like a dragon.

Another excellent character, SeanAlty.  The only problem I've found with him is that his Sliding Tackle move can only be done with HP, rather than any punch like it says in the readme.  Other than that, this character is ace.  Great job. :sugoi:

Hmmm, not sure what to do about these intro problems. If anyone could look at them and see if there's a more efficient way to code the two that are giving people problems, so that they match up on every stage, I would gladly and surely give you credit/ As of now, I'm kind of at a loss because they work fine for me.

Fixed so far:

-Fixed Taunt bug
-Fixed P2 side problem with Kovacs intro (just to clarify, I knew it was like this before the release, just thought no one would care :P )
-Fixed Sliding Tackle problem in .cmd
-Some other stuff mentioned earlier

Will be reflected in new update today.

BTW, as I'm thinking of it now, those intros may be affected by pre-intro time or something. I can't figure out how to word it, but something that I think is in the Mugen config file regarding intros that might be different from game to game. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, let me know.

So far, the only problem I see is that the dizzy anim is kinda strange...
Its like the patterns are falling off his face...
Other than that, nice release!
