What do you have the hardest time with when creating?

Creating stages, characters, screen packs, sprites etc. We all have our annoying brick walls at times that we hit when we are creating that we just cant seem to get around for a while.

Mines would be coding throw moves at times. Some times it takes me a while to get it right if its a bit extra. So what do you have the hardest time with at times with a project?

How is that even related ?

I usually hate toying with states that happen after KO, making the opponent burn, explod, be trackable, etc.

On stages....Decrease the colorloss and pixelated edges on the images used.

On chars....At my end was making a Move connect and when you repeated the same command the move change to other instead but only tried once and then quit.

I guess color separation, because it's so tedious. But not really hard in and of itself? Just the hardest to get through? I dunno. Stop staring at me.

Making moves convincing...

one of my biggest gripes is making an attack look like it'd hurt as much as it should... :< one of my biggest criticisms too.
Fuck Realistic, I just suffer to make it believable!

SFF and AIR, but mostly SFF. It's so incredibly boring.
A lot of it is boring due to ease, so I try to amp it up doing something new each personage, but my brain doesn't work so good, so I run out of ideas get bored again, then quit Garlic Jr, Trunkz 2.0, and Krillin again. With great apologies to all 3 people in all the internets who are somewhat interested in them. :(

Finding fitting sounds is another painful one. I try to find fitting sounds that won't get really annoying really fast. But eh, don't have the devotion I once had to sift through thousands of sound rips or play random games til I hear something I like. My mic isn't that good either so I can't really make my own sounds by like, slapping my meat against my desk and auto-tuning it.

I guess the last bit would be spriting, I suck at it, mainly shading. So I try not to do it unless I feel its totally necessary. Even though it challenges me, it still gets very boring since I've been doing it for like 15 years now (and I still admit I suck at it).

like some here i don't have a problem doing anything, tedium is my major factor, and damage dampeners
i cant count the reasons i should stay

For me creating stages ain't that easy, it takes time to get perspectives and ideas in my opinion.

Finishing shit. Once everything is fleshed out all the tiny teeny things that need to be fixed at the end annoy me. This is i suppose a result of me barely ever coding something from the same game twice.

Last 40 sprites of a whole sheet. It's like "hey! I almost finished! I can relax a bit!" and then you spend more time doing those 40 sprites than anything else ¬¬X. It's like an auto-lazy cunt state of me U_U
I swear there was something cool here!!

Making an .SFF file and air file
SFF file is especially annoying,making an air file gets boring if you do it too long.

In general?

I would think getting the .sff and .air together takes the most time.

The main reason is that I need to find and process all of the sprites to be used in a character. This is especially true for Ima Shape since I have to process many different sprites from many different sources. Not to mention that I have to think of many different moves for the character...

long animation sequences....i have retouched  sprites sets with characters that have like 100+ sprites just for intros or taunts...i am not saying  they should not exist but more 100 sprites just for intros is way too much, and yea making a char from scratch , i only figure out a part of it ;making the sprites ...itis a long procces sometimes you want to quit, but is just a need to leave this things for a while (not to much time not years) and then coming back ,in my case K' the first time it was very hard, still is hard but less hard than before, i have more experience now

(off topic 246 sprites retouched  already)
