Where does it save the screenshots too?  I'm using windows Vista.

are you talking about f12?, if so then check the folder where your mugen is, if that's not what your talking about my friend, i'm sorry for  not being up on my programs ;D

AnimGet is an actual program.

It saves them to a "shots" subfolder, inside whatever folder you placed AnimGet in.
You can help with Ikemen GO's development by trying out the latest development build and reporting any bugs on GitHub.
