This hyper shadow only works on mugen 1.1 and mugen 1.0. Is there someone that can convert this character to work on ikemen go v0.99

It's in the rules. AFAIK there's no patch for IKEMEN of anything, if you want your char to be compatible with IKEMEN, you've to do it by yourself, you can't ask someone else do it for you
