Button layout doesn't work for laptops and such.
Hi-res characters are double size in character select.

Also, even when using the portrait extractor, I can't get a new character in!
The character is Shuvait, in case that makes a difference.

Use the Options -> Key Config menu (try and get it right first time as it's a little buggy...)

Maybe post your select.xml file, it might give a clue.  Or do you mean that the character is selectable, but just not showing up on the select screen?

Turns out I wasn't doing selecct.xml right  :sweatdrop:


Problem solved, I think.  I just have to test it on XP.
