Well as for the charge char was just a thought but I thought Billy is the wizkid and charge chars tend to be more technical, makes sense? I don't want to make it too flashy, we should focus on mechanics first. And not even that! First I'd like to finish these sprites.
I'm also working on a wicked Tatsumaki, even though I don't think it'll end up in Billy's moveset (more likely Jason or Tommy's if they get made).

Oh, yeah that does make sense XP and ooh, a tatsumaki sounds neat, but a little odd for Billy, so maybe souryuken type of kick?

I haven't seen much custom sprited rangers around!

Now as I said before, I don't want to give Billy this move, it's better suited for Jason, Zach or Tommy imo,
but I couldn't resist making it.

Random idea but now with MMPR-FE conversions finally being made, Blue Ranger could have a special intro with Zord characters (and to an extent Gundam mechs) where he starts off very small, but then....something something happens, causing him to grow into "normal" size and begins to fight.

Diepod shiiieett yeah that's looking nice, thanks! Though I think I'm sticking to my original idea of having the weapons only show up in Supers, so it would work as a great multi-hitting anti-air a'la Shinryuken. Definitely gonna make use of that. And hey I was in fact thinking of you when it came to possible custom fx! And here you've proven again you're the current king of pixelated (among other things) lighting effects!

Yes that Tricera Crash would also work when nixxing the uppercut and having the punch prior to that knock 'em down hard like a clothesline, turning it into the Topple you described.
I've got a down, up charge move in mind for Billy already, a real classic Sentai/Rangers attack (well, two of them combined). BUT I should get back to wrapping up his basics (mainly that walkcycle, just the second half of the legs really as I intend to reuse the upper body movement I've already got for the first half I already completed) and gethits (just the in-gut and while crouching gethits if I don't count MB and Curse and whatnot) first!

Balthazar, Billy have no problema voice because is one actor.

But, the movie was made to introduce the third season.
In the middle of second season the original actors changed because payment questions and contract problems...
Because of this, Jason, zack, trini was changed.

The movie was made to put the original actors, but because the problem from second season other actors appears like Rocky, Adam, Aisha.
In my opinion, Adam is very good, but Zack too and Zack are the original Black Ranger.
The same could be happen with tommy form exemple, he is a good green/white ranger. But if other good actor appear in his place, what voice deserve appear your character? I Think is tommy voice because he is the original.
The same I Think that when you will make the red and black, please, put the original voices. Jason and Zack.
And, of course, if you want, can put the two actors voices patch (Jason and Rock) but this is so hard...

That cycle tornado kick is good man. The Power Rangers was always a show about teamwork. When they are morphed you see them using similiar punchs and kicks moves. They can use it all evenly. Zack knows how to dance. What makes him do the tornado kick? The movement? His dance and hype moves as a Character? Yes, I'm sure he can do something like that aswell. The Red and Green/White Ranger can do it too. So why not The Blue Ranger? The cycle tornado kick fits all of The Power Rangers very well.
