The time has come for another stage release from Scepter and I! This one's based on the fantastic reboot of a Sunsoft classic, Blaster Master Zero. The stage includes a nod to the original Blaster Master's intro and cycles through areas from the second game in the Zero Trilogy.

And, as always, we hope you enjoy!

  • I must continue my training...
This is lit! I remember playing the first game on NES.

Do your best to become stronger. Become stronger, so you can do your best.

Mugen is a way for me to remain nostalgic with all of the dream matches I cooked up as a kid. It's also what I call a "Digital Action Figure Collection."

Don't take this the wrong way, but I think you're overusing the cycling background gimmick. It works for some stages like the one with the monitor or Mario's, but in this one here it just makes you lose all sense of space for no reason. This should be 6 separate stages in my opinion.

(I never know which one is the game and which one is the song. ;P)
You can help with Ikemen GO's development by trying out the latest development build and reporting any bugs on GitHub.

The stage has been updated!

- Fixed the animations not playing properly
- Separated the five planet backgrounds into their own def files
- Increased the bounds

Thank you Vegaz! I recommend checking out the Zero games when you have the time for them. They're not quite as punishing as the first Blaster Master, but they're still very solid.

I apologize if the cycling background has been overused a bit lately. Since these are collaborations with Scepter, he provides me with instructions on how he wants the stage to work, and I try to stick to that vision. I don't mind making each part it's own def file though if people prefer that (unfortunately I couldn't do one for the "intro" without it not looking right).

Updated the stage again. Tensionhigh and tensionlow should work properly with high jump characters now.
