Strange problem with stages in ikemen 0.99 (solved)

I make stages for 1.1, but recently i've begun porting my new stages to ikemen before release
I can fix the sin problems and some of the window problems that occur, but there is this one problem that I cant fix: When the camera zooms, the zoffset of the characters doesnt seem to move along with the stage, but noticeably, window also doesnt zoom properly.

I believe its because of the second value that was added to zoomdelta, adding the zoomdelta parameter to the layers and switching the second value to 0 did fix the problem partially, but it ended up causing even more problems that couldnt be fixed with zoomdelta, so im really hoping that that isn't what the problem is.
I really dont want to abandon the ikemen users that download my stages, Im only doing this for them. but if I cant fix this problem then I'm going to have to abandon them.
Here is a demonstration of the problem, and then a comparison to the mugen 1.1 version


Keep in mind im really dumb, so if its something obvious then please dont judge me too much

If you want to have the highest chance of this actually being fixed, then I suggest making a bug report directly on Github, here:

Also, make sure that you are actually using nightly and not 0.99, as these are two different things.

yea nightly and .99 are nowhere near the same haha.

.99 is super outdated and a TON of changes have been made since then.

AND the problem doesn't exist in nightly, you guys just saved me so much time you are the best
