Yep, from what I recall Hsieh released them on April Fools, he had something of a tradition of releasing really basic characters on the date every year.And Zero_Col was a shameless thief unworthy of being mentioned in a topic about Hsieh - his focus was on considerably bigger characters, such as copies of Zero (KoF2000) and Ogre.
